Your kids will absolutely love these cookies, and they’ll never guess they’re made with chickpeas! These are another recipe that I recommend making a double batch of…. They certainly don’t last long in my house!
The great thing about these sausage rolls are that they make a big batch. So you can make them and freeze ahead for a few weeks of lunches, or you can do what I do and have them for dinner one night too. So that’s lunches and Sunday’s dinner sorted!
