Turmeric Overnight Oats

Rolled Oats

Chia Seeds

cup
Soy Milk
or other plant based milk

tsp
Turmeric Spice Mix
Turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, pepper
4
Tbs
Maple Syrup
2
unit Banana
Sliced

Tbs
Chopped Nuts
Instructions
Add oats, chia seeds and plant based milk to a container with a lid. Stir until fully combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
To serve, place 1/4 cup of the overnight oats in a bowl. Stir through the tumeric spice mix. Top with maple syrup, chopped nuts and sliced banana.
These oats will keep for up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
