Chocolate Smoothie with Cannellini Beans

A delicious high protein chocolate smoothie snack with cannellini beans

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Soy Milk or other plant based milk
  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • 1 cup Tinned Cannellini Beans drained and rinsed
  • 5 Pitted Dates
  • 2 Tbs Cocoa
  • 1 Tbs Peanut Butter

Optional Extras

  • 1 Tbs Chia Seeds
  • 2 Tbs Cashews
  • 1 Handful Baby Spinach washed
  • 1/4 cup Oats

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
