Instructions
Chickpeas
Add chickpeas and mayonaise to food processor. Process until just combined.
The mix can be stored for up to 4 days in a sealed container in the fridge.
Pesto Chickpea Wrap
Place chickpea mix in a bowl. Add pesto and stir to combine.
Divide pesto mix between wraps and top with rocket. Roll to serve.
Asian Chickpea Wrap
Place chickpea mix in a bowl. Add peanut butter and soy sauce. Mix to combine.
Divide chickpea mix between wraps and top with coleslaw mix. Roll to serve.
Avocado Chickpea Wrap
Divide chickpea mix between wraps. Top with half of the sliced avocado each. Roll to serve.
