Oil Free Sweet Potato Hummus
A mild flavoured kid friendly dip that's great as a snack or sandwich spread.

- 2 cups Cooked Sweet Potato steamed or baked
- 1 tin Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 - 2 Tbs Tahini to taste
- 1/2 - 1 Tbs Lemon Juice to taste
- 1/8 - 1/4 tspn Cumin to taste
- 1/4 - 1/2 tspn Garlic Powder to taste
- 2 TBS Water
Place all ingredients in a processor. Process until smooth.
Taste to check flavour amounts. Adjust to taste then process.
Dip will keep in a sealed container for 3 - 4 days in the fridge.
