Chia Vanilla Yoghurt

Thick and delicious non dairy yoghurt.
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Soy Milk
  • 3 TBS Chia Seeds
  • 3 TBS Maple Syrup
  • 1 tspn Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth. 
  • Pour into dish and refrigerate until set (1 - 2 hours).
