I’m Gen, a certified vegan nutritionist and mum to 2 boys.

I’ve been feeding my family a plant-based diet for years, so I know how exhausting it can be to constantly think about what everyone is going to eat. Between breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, shopping lists and nutrition, feeding a family can feel like a full-time job!
