Eat Your Damn Broccoli

THE EAT YOUR DAMN BROCCOLI CHALLENGE

Kale. Spinach. Cauliflower. Broccoli.
Whatever that one vegetable is that you’d really love your kid to actually eat.
5 days. One nutritious, notoriously kid-rejected vegetable.
Zero separate dinners, bribery, or “just one bite” negotiations.
Just me showing you how easy this whole “healthy vegan kids” thing can be.

Challenge Starts 26th October

THE BEST NUTRITION IN THE WORLD DOESN’T MATTER IF YOUR CHILD WON’T EAT IT.

You already know vegetables are good for them.
If knowing that were enough, your kid would be eating kale like it’s Goldfish.
The problem isn’t knowing what to feed your kids.
It’s knowing how to get nutritious food into them without turning dinner into a hostage negotiation.
And surprisingly? That part can be crazy simple.
One vegetable.
Five days.
Three food-psychology-backed ways to serve it.

No separate dinners.
No bribing.
No 45-minute negotiations over one microscopic bite.
Just five days of learning how kids actually approach food—and using it to make vegetables WAY less complicated.

Vegetables can be easy. Let me show you.

One vegetable. Five days. No culinary Olympics.

Here’s how it works:

🥬 Shop once. You’ll get one simple shopping list with minimal ingredients and one star of the show: kale.

🍽️ Try one thing a day. One recipe. One tiny action. Done.

🧠 Learn the food psychology behind it. So you’re not just collecting recipes—you’re learning how to make new foods easier for your kid to actually eat.

♻️ Steal the strategy forever. We’re using kale for the challenge. You’ll use what you learn with every vegetable that comes after it.

ONE SHOP. FIVE DAYS. KALE, CONQUERED.

I said challenge…but I didn’t say complicated.

No watching. No negotiating. No mentally calculating how many nutrients made it into their body today.

You serve the food. They eat it. And dinner gets to be just dinner.

GOOD PARENTS FOLLOW “THE RULES”. WE’RE NOT DOING THAT.

Get ready to misbehave at the dinner table.

The beauty of having a Certified Nutritionist, food psychology expert, and self-proclaimed professional vegan mum of fussy eaters in your corner?

We don’t have to do what sounds healthy. We get to do what actually works.

For the next five days, we’re taking food psychology, real nutrition science, and a little healthy rule-breaking—and putting them to work on the toughest vegetables in the produce aisle.

Here’s what we’re getting into:

DAY 1 — THE PSYCHOLOGY

The #1 psychological truth that will make or break this entire experiment.
Once you know it, you’ll never look at “fussy eating” the same way again.

DAY 2 — THE NUTRITION HACK

My most controversial shortcut for getting more nutrition into your kids.
Some experts swear you should never do it. I strongly disagree.

DAY 3 — THE DINNER PLOT TWIST

We’re turning everything you think you know about dinnertime and nutrition on its head.
Because the meal you’re putting the most pressure on might not deserve it.

DAY 4 — THE SNEAKY ONE

The ridiculously simple trick that changes how kids experience foods they’ve already decided they “hate.”
No convincing required.

DAY 5 — THE LONG GAME

How to make this stick long after our five-day veggie experiment is over.
Because the goal was never actually broccoli.

FAQs

Yep. Because kids have an uncanny ability to need you the exact second you’re trying to do something for yourself. You’ll be able to catch up.

Perfect. I didn’t choose these vegetables because they’re easy.
This challenge was made with fussy kids in mind—not mythical children who request roasted Brussels sprouts as an afternoon snack.

Then your kid refuses to eat the kale.
Seriously. No forcing. No bribing. No challenge failure. What happens around that refusal is actually a huge part of what I’m going to teach you.

Nope. You need a child, a vegetable, and five days. That’s it.
But let’s be real: you’re probably vegan.
Because nobody has ever looked at an omnivore mum’s kid refusing broccoli and whispered, “But are they getting enough nutrients?”
Welcome. You’re among friends.

Absolutely not. One vegetable. One simple shopping list. Minimal ingredients. I have no interest in making feeding your kids another full-time job.

Oh, we’re seriously eating kale (or broccoli, or spinach) for five days.
Because if I’m going to show you how differently your kid can experience vegetables, I’m not starting with cucumber.
We’re going straight for the final boss.

Kale without the character development.

Imagine having absolutely nothing to report about dinner because your relationship status with vegetables suddenly turned into: it’s not complicated.
Well. It’s happening.
Get ready for completely different way to get the good stuff into your kids—and get on with your life.

Because honestly? You’ve spent more than that on healthy food they refused to eat.

We start 26th October

Hey there, I’m Gen!

Certified Nutritionist. Vegan mum. And deeply uninterested in making feeding your kids harder than it needs to be.

I know what it’s like to care a lot about what goes into your kids—and to feel like everyone is watching a little more closely because you’re raising them vegan.

I also know that the most nutritionally perfect meal in the world is worth precisely nothing if your kid won’t eat it.

That’s why my approach isn’t about perfect plates, perfect kids, or becoming the mum who lovingly prepares seventeen different vegetables before 7am.

It’s about understanding how kids actually eat, using nutrition science and food psychology to your advantage, and finding ways to get the good stuff in without making food your entire personality.

Basically: I know the rules.
Which is exactly why I know which ones we can break.

See you in there.
xoxo,
Gen
